Custom Build Lead Time: 5 to 10 Business Days
Every V38 Pro Plus Mobilizer is custom-built to order. Due to the meticulous hardware fabrication, the chemical foam welding and Plasti Dip curing process, and the custom Windows 11 OS imaging required for each unit, please allow a strict lead time of 5 to 10 business days before your system ships.
We do not rush the build process. Your system will be fully bench-tested before it is boxed. You will receive an insured tracking number the moment it leaves the shop.
Advanced module programming, EEPROM writing, and AS-BUILT configurations carry inherent risks. The MAOS V38 provides the certified hardware and software to execute these functions, but the operator assumes all responsibility for maintaining proper stable battery voltage (via a clean power supply) and following exact OEM procedures. MAOS and its founders are not liable for damaged, "bricked," or immobilized control modules resulting from operator error, voltage drops, or corrupted files.
2. The Legal Use & Security Disclaimer (IMMO/Locksmithing)
Since you are selling security and key generation equipment, you must legally distance yourself from auto theft.
Legal Compliance & Security Bypass:
The V38 Mobilizer is engineered strictly for legal automotive repair, security diagnostics, and authorized key replacement by professional technicians and locksmiths. The operator assumes full legal responsibility to verify vehicle ownership and authorization prior to bypassing immobilizer systems or generating transponders. MAOS strictly prohibits the use of this equipment for illegal activities.
3. The Third-Party Subscription & OEM Policy Disclaimer
You already mentioned NASTF, but you need to cover yourself regarding Autel/Xhorse update fees and the fact that Ford/Toyota could change their firewalls again tomorrow.
Software Updates & Evolving OEM Firewalls:
Automaker cybersecurity protocols are constantly evolving. While the V38 is equipped to handle current OEM firewalls (via AutoAuth, SGW bypass, and NASTF), MAOS is not responsible for future changes to OEM cloud security policies that may restrict third-party access. Additionally, while the V38 hardware is yours to own, subsequent annual software update subscriptions for Autel or Xhorse architectures (after the initial included periods) are the responsibility of the operator.
A one year warranty comes standard with all brand new laptops.
A 3 year full protection plan is available that covers against spills, breakage, being crushed, and just about anything but theft ,and it is highly recommended.
