You are buying a premium refurbished business-class machine. We guarantee the hardware and cables to be fully functional upon arrival. If the hardware is defective out of the box, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

3. The Third-Party Subscription & OEM Policy Disclaimer

Software Updates & Evolving OEM Firewalls:
Automaker cybersecurity protocols are constantly evolving. While the V38 is equipped to handle current OEM firewalls (via AutoAuth, SGW bypass, and NASTF), MAOS is not responsible for future changes to OEM cloud security policies that may restrict third-party access. Additionally, while the V38 hardware is yours to own, subsequent annual software update subscriptions for Autel or Xhorse architectures (after the initial included periods) are the responsibility of the operator.

Mandatory Power Supply Protocol
A professional, regulated battery maintainer is strictly required during all module programming and flashing sessions—especially when servicing European vehicles or Heavy-Duty trucks.
